RESERVATION FAQ

• Reservations are available online via OpenTable 28 days in advance.

• Our largest table seats 8 guests. We do not accept parties larger than 8. Separate reservations cannot be combined to create larger parties.

• We hold limited space for walk-ins. We strongly recommend reservations, especially for parties larger than 2.

• Bar Isabel is a service included restaurant. A 20% service charge applies to all dine-in bills. We do not prompt for other gratuities.

• We require Credit Cards to secure reservations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a charge of $40 per guest.

• Party reductions of 50% or more may result in forfeiting your reservation. Please inform us of any changes to party size.

• Seating times for all party sizes are 2 hours during dinner hours, and 1.5 hours for lunch.

• Our latest available reservation is 10:15pm. Last call for the kitchen starts at 10:45pm. We accept walk-ins until 10:55pm, the kitchen closes at 11pm.

• A 15-minute grace period is allotted to your reservation, if you are running late call the restaurant. If you are later than 15 minutes and we have not heard from you, your reservation will be forfeit, and you may be charged a no-show fee.

PATIO RESERVATIONS

• We operate a curb lane patio on College Street through the City of Toronto CafeTO program.

• We take patio reservations for parties up to 4, but not larger. Larger parties may book indoors.

• Dogs are not permitted on the patio.

• The patio is neither heated nor covered and therefore is weather dependent. If you have booked a table on the patio, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU INDOORS. If you are concerned about weather it is best to reserve standard or bar seating.
